Who is eligible to participate?

We are looking to collaborate with businesses such as retailers, gas stations or automotive service providers. Large companies with available spaces are also welcome and encouraged to participate.

Are there any costs, expenses or obligations?

No, you will not have to face any capital expenditures, recurring costs or other expenses. We handle every aspect of the process: location analysis, planning, authorizations, foundation installation (if necessary), free delivery, construction, power supply, installation, maintenance, cleaning, ongoing operation, support, a 24/7 service hotline and the payment of any electricity costs that arise. Furthermore, the inclusion of annual rent is also part of the agreement.

What happens after submitting the form? Will my location be accepted automatically?

After submitting your application, you will be contacted by us as soon as possible. We will analyze the location and, if necessary, inspect it. The signing of the contract and the installation of the myflexbox are only possible after final approvals are given.

What are the requirements for my location?

Your location must be within Germany or Austria. Our parcel lockers are available for both outdoor and indoor use. Moreover, the intended space should be stable and preferably measure 400 x 120 cm. However, smaller or even larger areas may also be suitable. There should also be stable mobile phone reception on site. Ideally, the partnership should have a duration of up to 10 years. Equally important factors are: the possibility of a 230 V power connection (outside), the guarantee of public accessibility for parcel services and retailers as well as traffic safety and winter services such as clearance and gritting of the area.

How long does it take for the myflexbox to be set up?

Depending on the circumstances and conditions, the installation and connection to the myflexbox network will be completed within approximately six weeks.

Will the myflexbox parcel locker be mine once the process is completed?

No, the parcel lockers are still owned by us and remain the property of myflexbox.
