Terms and conditions for participating in the Instagram giveaway

  1. The giveaway is organized by MYFLEXBOX Austria GmbH
  2. The giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored or promoted by Instagram in any way.
  3. By participating, users agree to the terms and conditions of participation.
  4. Eligible participants must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old.
  5. To enter, participants must follow the myflexbox account, interact with the Instagram post and leave a comment tagging another person.
  6. The giveaway begins on December 15, 2023 and ends on December 20, 2023 at 12:00 PM. One person will then be randomly selected and notified via Instagram direct message. The winner must respond to the direct message on Instagram to claim the prize. Following confirmation from the winner, the prize will be shipped.
  7. Any personal information provided will only be used for prize delivery purposes. Participants can request access to their stored data at any time.
  8. If the winner does not respond by 4:00 PM on December 21,2023, they will lose their claim to the prize and another person will be selected and informed.
  9. The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged and is not redeemable for cash.
  10. We reserve the right to shorten, alter or even completely cancel the giveaway at any time due to exceptional circumstances. We also reserve the right to exclude any participant who provides false information or violates third-party rights.
  11. Legal recourse is excluded.
