Korneuburg / Salzburg, May 11, 2026 – BURGER KING® Austria is taking another step towards modern service innovation: Together with the parcel locker service provider myflexbox, a cooperation has been launched to serve customers even more flexibly in the future. The location in Korneuburg is the first to implement this concept and offers BURGER KING® fans the opportunity to conveniently pick up, send and return their parcels at a state-of-the-art parcel locker during their stay.

“The integration of the myflexbox parcel lockers is a logical step for us to combine gastronomy and smart service offerings. In this way, we are creating real added value that goes beyond the classic restaurant experience,” says Hartmut Graf, CEO of The Eatery Group, BURGER KING®’s master franchise for Austria.

This concept is to be expanded in the long term. “We are very pleased that Korneuburg is the starting point for a new parcel locker concept at BURGER KING® together with myflexbox. We are already looking at other locations such as Klagenfurt, Wolfsberg and St. Pölten with the aim of improving the service experience in stores throughout Austria,” adds Hartmut Graf.
