DPD Austria and myflexbox strengthen their partnership to enhance customer convenience

Leopoldsdorf near Vienna / Salzburg, September 9, 2025 – DPD, Austria’s leading private parcel service provider*, is significantly expanding and strengthening its partnership with myflexbox by securing nearly 25% of locker compartments across approximately 660 locations through a fixed rental agreement. This expansion provides customers with exclusive access to around 9,000 locker compartments for the collection, return and shipment of DPD parcels

myflexbox: the preferred parcel locker option

DPD customers can now select a myflexbox locker as their preferred pickup location directly in the myDPD app, enabling parcels to be delivered directly to their chosen locker. This feature offers enhanced convenience and flexibility, giving customers full control over when and where they receive their shipments.

As part of the partnership, the lockers will feature joint branding to ensure clear visibility for DPD customers.
