Munich, October 15, 2026 – myflexbox and ALDI Nord will collaborate on the expansion of open parcel lockers. The first three myflexbox locations at ALDI Nord stores in Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia are already in operation. Additional locations are currently being set up.
Through this partnership, ALDI Nord is adding additional parcel services to select locations. Customers can combine their shopping with receiving, shipping, or returning parcels. The myflexbox parcel lockers are designed as an open infrastructure for various parcel and logistics service providers.
Shopping and Parcel Services in One Location
The integration of parcel lockers at ALDI Nord stores follows the one-stop-shop principle: parcel services are offered at locations that people already use in their daily lives. This allows customers to combine errands and avoid additional trips.
“Grocery retail locations are particularly well-suited for open parcel infrastructure because they are regularly frequented and firmly integrated into people’s daily lives. With ALDI Nord, we are gaining a strong partner for the further expansion of our network,” says Jonathan Grothaus, CEO International and Founder of myflexbox.

Open Infrastructure for the Last Mile
The myflexbox model enables multiple package service providers to use a shared parcel locker. This allows existing space to be used efficiently and reduces the need for parallel, standalone solutions. Consolidating delivery volumes at local hubs—such as ALDI Nord stores—maximizes the first-time delivery rate, eases urban delivery traffic, and reduces local CO₂ emissions.
