Kassel / Munich, September 17, 2026 – The first myflexbox in Kassel is now available at the Kaufland location at Franzgraben 40-42. This gives residents of the major city in northern Hesse another flexible option for accessing parcel services right where they go about their daily lives. With the launch of the solar-powered parcel locker, the smart city company is solidifying its position as the largest open parcel network in Germany and Austria.

Weekly Groceries Plus Parcels

The new parcel locker allows users to receive, send, and return packages around the clock. By integrating it into the Kaufland location, shoppers can conveniently combine their grocery shopping with package services. This saves trips, reduces additional traffic, and makes everyday life more convenient.

This Is How Urban Logistics Works Today

As a carrier-neutral parcel locker, myflexbox is available to multiple package delivery services; in Germany, these currently include DPD, GLS, UPS, and FedEx, among others. In addition, Amazon recently joined the network. As part of this strategic partnership, all myflexbox parcel lockers in Germany will be integrated into Amazon’s delivery infrastructure. This means Amazon will be able to make direct deliveries to all German myflexbox locations in the future. This consolidation allows users to benefit from a single point of contact for various logistics services, rather than having to visit different parcel lockers.
