FedEx services at myflexbox

Send and collect eligible FedEx parcels easily with myflexbox parcel lockers. When a parcel is ready for collection, FedEx will notify you with the option to redirect it to a nearby myflexbox. If you miss a delivery, your parcel will automatically be send to the closest myflexbox. As soon as it arrives, you will receive an email or a text message with a collection code so you can retrieve it quickly and contactlessly. Dropping off a parcel is just as simple. Bring your parcel attached with a FedEx label to any myflexbox, follow the instructions on the screen and place it in a compartment. That’s it. Your parcel will be on its way in no time.

Conveniently send or return your eligible FedEx parcels at a nearby myflexbox. Just follow these instructions:

    Ensure your parcel is securely packed and that the FedEx label is properly attached.

    Locate your nearest myflexbox.

  • 3

    Scan the FedEx label or manually enter the 12-digit code number.

    Enter your email address to receive a drop-off confirmation from myflexbox.

    Choose a suitable locker compartment and deposit your parcel.

    Once your parcel is collected, you will receive an email or a text message from FedEx confirming it is on its way.

FAQ

Questions regarding FedEx services

Is registration with myflexbox required?

No, you do not need to register with myflexbox. To redirect parcels or goods, the shipper must provide your contact details to FedEx and enable the notification service. Moving on, FedEx will then send you a delivery notification via email and/or text message containing a link to the FedEx Delivery Manager®, where you can easily manage the redirection of your parcel.

How will I be informed that my parcel is available for collection?

As soon as your parcel or goods have been deposited in the myflexbox, you will be informed automatically via email and/or text message about the storage. A collection code will be sent, which can be used to collect the parcel from the myflexbox.

I have not received a collection code or I may have accidentally deleted it. What should I do?

Only FedEx can resend your collection code. Therefore, please contact the FedEx Customer Support directly and ask them to resend the code to you.

My collection code cannot be scanned. What should I do?

Please ensure that you have entered or scanned the correct collection code and that you are at the designated myflexbox location. If you are collecting numerous parcels or goods, please check whether you have used the collection code from the appropriate parcel. Additionally, please try tilting the code slightly or adjusting the distance to the scanner. Otherwise, you can manually enter the eight-digit collection code on the display. Check whether the scanner is working properly (there must be a red light or 4 white beams). If the scanner or the code still do not function properly despite all attempts, please contact us via 0800 / 220 094 or through support@myflexbox.de.

How long will my parcel be stored in the myflexbox?

The storage period is three business days, with an additional day allocated for FedEx to collect the parcel.

Do I need a code for a return?

No, you do not need a return code for FedEx returns. Just scan your label using the myflexbox scanner or manually enter the 12-digit barcode number.

What are the requirements for parcel collection and shipping?

Generally, FedEx parcels for collection and shipping can weigh up to 20 kg and measure no more than 37 cm x 41 cm x 61 cm. The declared value must not exceed €500 for shipments and €100 for collections (additional restrictions may apply depending on the service type and shipper’s requirements).

Can I send a parcel without a shipping label?

No, you cannot ship a FedEx parcel without a valid shipping label.
