FAQ
No, you do not need to register with myflexbox to collect, return or send parcels or goods. If a parcel is stored for you, GLS will automatically notify you via email and/or text message, depending on the contact details provided to GLS.
As soon as your parcel or goods have been deposited in the myflexbox, GLS will automatically notify you via email and/or text message. You will receive a collection code, which can be used to collect the parcel from the myflexbox.
It is possible that GLS has incorrect or incomplete customer contact information (email address or cell phone number). Only GLS can resend your collection code. Therefore, please contact the GLS One Service Team directly. Have your shipment number ready and ask them to resend the code to you.
Please ensure that you have entered or scanned the correct collection code and that you are at the accurate myflexbox location. If you are collecting numerous parcels or goods, please check whether you have used the collection code from the appropriate parcel. If the code still does not work despite all attempts, please contact the GLS One Service Team. Only they can send you the code again.
