We process applicant data for the purposes of (pre-) contractual communication (Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR). This includes the following categories of data: Identity information (such as name, nationality, date and place of birth, gender, details about children, a photograph), social security number, contact details (such as address, email, phone number, fax, social media profiles), personal background (such as education, occupation, previous work experience, language skills, IT skills, additional qualifications, completed military or civil service), application documents (such as cover letter, diplomas, certificates) and other relevant information and correspondence related to the (pre-)contractual communication.

Your data will be stored for seven months in Austria or six months in Germany after the application process has been completed or your application has been declined.
