Information on accessibility

V1.0 (June 28, 2025)

General information

We are dedicated to ensuring that our website is designed to be accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (as amended), which implements the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility of products and services.

We have aimed to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) to the greatest extent possible.

Description of our range of services

myflexbox offers a digital platform that enables users to receive, return and send parcels in a contactless and flexible way. Parcel processing is handled by our partners in the transport and logistics sector. While myflexbox is not a transport company, we provide the essential technical infrastructure to enable seamless parcel management.

Registered users can access our web app to locate parcel lockers on an interactive map, track shipments and manage their parcel activities. Registration is required to use the app and after logging in, users benefit from personalized features such as shipment tracking.

Access our web app here: https://customer.myflexbox.at/

As part of our comprehensive range of services, we also provide a newsletter.  Furthermore, customers can contact and reach out to us via the website.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below does not fully meet accessibility standards for the following reasons:

Incompatibility with Accessibility Guidelines:
Not all images have a meaningful or existing alternative text. Some images are missing  alt attributes or have duplicated alt texts. Moreover, some image and text elements currently have insufficient contrast. We are actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Deficiencies that can be addressed editorially (such as missing alternative texts for images) will be corrected on a rolling basis.

Disproportionate burden:
PDF files are available for download on our website. Some of these PDF documents were published before June 28, 2025 and do not fully comply with accessibility requirements. We are committed to ensuring that newer publications meet the accessibility requirements. However, retrofitting older documents would require a disproportionate amount of effort under the current accessibility regulations.

Accessibility statement preparation

The website’s compliance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG) was assessed through a self-evaluation in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
