We are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible in accordance with the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz (BaFG), the Austrian law implementing the European Accessibility Act (Directive EU 2019/882) on accessibility requirements for products and services.
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Conformance Level AA, in accordance with the harmonised standard EN 301 549.
myflexbox provides a digital platform that enables users to receive, return, and send parcels contactlessly and flexibly. Delivery is handled by partner companies in the transport and logistics sector. myflexbox itself is not a transport company but provides the underlying technical infrastructure.
Via the web app, registered users can search for parcel locker locations on an interactive map, track shipments, and manage their parcel activity. Use of the service requires registration. After logging in, personalised features such as parcel tracking are available.

Additional services include a newsletter subscription. Customers can also contact us directly through the website.
The myflexbox website meets the accessibility requirements of the BaFG to a large extent. Certain content areas are subject to an ongoing improvement process, which is being carried out as part of regular editorial and development cycles.
As part of our ongoing review, we have identified the following areas for gradual improvement:
Editorial content – alternative texts and contrast:
Alternative text descriptions for individual image elements are being continuously added and refined. Individual image and text elements are reviewed for sufficient colour contrast and adjusted as part of regular editorial updates. These measures are implemented on an ongoing basis within our content management processes.
Older PDF documents:
Documents in PDF format are available for download on the website. Older publications released before 28 June 2025 do not fully meet accessibility requirements. Revising these documents represents a disproportionate burden within the meaning of § 16 BaFG, given the scope and resources required. Accessibility requirements are taken into account for all newly created documents.
The assessment of our website’s conformity with the requirements of the BaFG was carried out through an internal review based on the criteria of WCAG 2.1, Conformance Level AA. This statement is reviewed and updated regularly and reflects the status as of the date indicated above.
