As a rule, you will receive initial feedback on your application after 7 days at the latest. Feedback can sometimes be delayed, especially during typical vacation periods. Depending on the position, this is followed by between two and three interviews, meaning that the application process takes around three to four weeks.

German is our primary corporate language. Especially in positions with many interfaces to external parties, a German level of at least B2 is required. In the development team in particular, however, communication and especially documentation takes place in English!

The first step is to get an overview of your experience. A clear CV that gives an insight into your activities helps us to do this. Whether your CV includes a photo or not is entirely up to you. If you would like to provide us with additional, special information (planned relocation, special motivation, etc.), you are also welcome to upload a cover letter. We are also happy to receive relevant references, but a direct upload is not absolutely necessary.

Preferably in your own merch 😉 But because you don’t have it yet in the application process, please come as you feel comfortable. The colleagues are usually more business casual. The fact is, however, that your outfit shouldn’t steal the show.

Our appointment confirmations always include a map of how to find us. Once in the building, you will find us via the stairs on the second floor. Don’t worry if you can’t find the entrance. If in doubt, we will also be happy to guide you by telephone. See the telephone number in the appointment invitation.

Just be yourself! We want to get to know your personality and no preparation is needed for this. However, we would of course be delighted if you familiarize yourself with our business case and bring specific open questions that we can answer about the company, everyday life and the position.

We are a remote-first company. Our headquarters are in Salzburg. You will get to know the office and the colleagues based here during your onboarding (including a trip to Salzburg). However, some of our colleagues are located all over Austria and Germany. Our central communication platform is therefore Teams. You will gradually get to know all team members virtually and then in person at the latest at the annual team event.

Nevertheless, your workplace will be your home. You have to like that and think about it carefully in advance. In principle, however, there is also the option of using co-working spaces and getting together with other colleagues from the surrounding area.

We primarily use the common Microsoft products (including Teams). We also use Confluence, Jira and trello for agile working. In Sales, we work with MS Dynamics. There are other specific tools that are used depending on the area. We would be happy to tell you more in an initial interview!
