Receive, return and send parcels
Parcels can now be delivered directly to Austrian myflexbox parcel lockers or redirected there digitally via the Post App or post.at. Additionally, parcels that are pre-labeled with an Austrian Post return or shipping label can also be dropped off at myflexbox lockers.
Explore how it functions
Once your parcel is available in the myflexbox, you will immediately receive a notification. The message contains a notification code, allowing you to collect your parcel conveniently at any time from the assigned myflexbox.

You can scan the parcel code on Post parcels directly using the scanner. Then, select the services you need on the touchscreen and follow the easy instructions on the screen.

There may be a brief delay between the locker being branded with the Austrian Post logo and the technical rollout of services (on the touchscreen). The technical rollout will take place within a few days after branding. During this period, the screen will display the message: “The service will be available shortly”.
