FAQ
In Austria, you can receive up to € 750 per year for each location you set up.
We are looking for businesses such as retail stores, gas stations, auto repair shops, etc. Large companies with available space are also welcome to participate.
No, you have no capital expenditures, ongoing costs, or expenses. We take care of everything: site analysis, planning, permits, foundation (if necessary), free delivery, assembly, power connection, installation, maintenance and cleaning, day-to-day operation, support, a 24/7 service line, and coverage of electricity costs (if solar power isn’t an option). There’s an annual rental fee on top of that.
After you submit the form, we will contact you. We will analyze the locations and, if necessary, conduct site visits. Only after final approval can the contract be signed and the myflexbox installed.
Your location must be in Germany or Austria; myflexboxes are available for both outdoor and indoor use. The surface should be sturdy and ideally measure 400 x 120 cm. However, smaller or even larger surfaces are also possible. In addition, there should be a stable cell phone signal at the location. The term should ideally be up to 10 years. Also important: ensuring public access for package delivery services and retailers, as well as traffic safety and winter maintenance (clearing and gritting the area).
The timeline varies by location. Once the review is complete and approval is granted, we will provide transparent updates on the next steps and the planned implementation date throughout the installation process.
