Neuss / Munich, May 27, 2026 – Time-critical logistics require solutions that are not tied to opening hours, personal handovers or rigid delivery windows. LPR Holding GmbH (LPR Group) and myflexbox are therefore launching a new collaboration: in future, LPR will use the open parcel locker network via full IT integration to make shipments available efficiently, securely and around the clock. LPR is integrating myflexbox into the German and Austrian overnight express network across the board.

Flexible 24/7 delivery in time-critical logistics

The cooperation turns myflexbox’s carrier-neutral parcel lockers into intelligent transfer points for spare parts, technical components and sensitive B2B shipments. The focus is on clear added value for companies, service technicians and recipients in the B2B environment: required goods, spare parts and technical components can be deposited at centrally located myflexbox sites before work begins and can be removed flexibly using a collection code. This makes delivery more predictable, more independent and easier to integrate into operational processes. Returns are also processed by LPR via the myflexbox system.

Parcel lockers as new delivery points

In many sectors, the availability of spare parts and components determines productivity, service quality and downtimes. Whether technical services, industry, automotive, medical technology or high-tech: when an urgently needed part is missing, every hour counts. By integrating myflexbox, LPR gains access to a growing, carrier-neutral network of smart parcel lockers. Consignments can be left there securely, protected from the weather and contactless overnight – reliably until 7 a.m. and therefore in good time before work starts. Recipients can pick up their delivery flexibly: before the first service call, after closing time or on the road between two appointments.
This provides an alternative to traditional handover models, which are often time-consuming in practice. Personal goods acceptances, individual key processes, hard-to-find drop-off locations or unavailable contact persons can be reduced by standardized, digital handovers at parcel lockers.

More efficiency for drivers, recipients and clients

The collaboration has a direct impact on the efficiency of the last mile. Drivers can deliver consignments to clearly defined locations instead of having to search for individual handover points or vehicles. Consignees benefit from maximum flexibility and clients from greater process reliability.

“Availability is the decisive factor for time-critical logistics,” says Jonathan Grothaus, CEO & Founder of myflexbox. “With our open parcel locker network, we create neutral transfer points that work around the clock. Together with LPR, we are showing how modern B2B logistics can be organized more flexibly, efficiently and sustainably.”

The cooperation also opens up new service opportunities for LPR. The myflexbox parcel lockers offer a scalable solution, especially where deliveries are made outside of traditional business hours or recipients cannot be on site at all times.

“Our customers expect logistics solutions that adapt to their day-to-day operations. Not the other way around,” explains Matthias Hohmann, CEO LPR Supply GmbH at LPR. “With myflexbox, we are expanding our delivery options with a network of neutral, digital transfer points. This helps us to provide time-critical consignments even more reliably and give our recipients more freedom when picking them up.”

More sustainable processes through bundled delivery

In addition to speed and availability, sustainability also plays an important role. Delivery to central parcel lockers can bundle journeys, reduce search times and minimize avoidable routes. This creates a more efficient process on the last mile, especially for decentralized recipients or handovers that are difficult to plan.

For myflexbox, the cooperation is a further step towards establishing open parcel lockers as an infrastructure for a wide range of logistics applications. Not only for traditional parcel collection in the B2C sector, but increasingly also for B2B processes, spare parts logistics, same-day, next-day and time-critical delivery models.

“Open parcel lockers are more than just a convenience service,” adds Jonathan Grothaus. “They are an infrastructure building block for modern logistics. If several providers can use the same neutral infrastructure, there are fewer parallel structures, more efficient routes and real benefits for location partners, logistics companies and recipients.”
