myflexbox celebrates its 200th parcel locker in Vienna

The Jubiläumslocker is located at Am Tabor 36, 1020 Vienna, in the 2nd district of Leopoldstadt.

Salzburg / Vienna, January 29, 2025 – The last-mile infrastructure company myflexbox is celebrating another city anniversary: The 200th parcel locker was put into operation in Vienna. With this expansion, Austria’s largest carrier-neutral parcel locker network is underlining its mission to make urban logistics more sustainable and user-friendly.

New location partner: The Social Hub

Receive, send and return almost any parcel at a parcel locker: This is now also possible at the new myflexbox in Vienna, Am Tabor 36 at the new location partner The Social Hub. This city hub is a dynamic place, a hybrid space that combines hotel, student accommodation, co-living, co-working, long-term stays, meeting/event rooms, restaurants and much more, and supports the networking of a vibrant, diverse community. High social and ecological standards and the mindset of creating a better future make The Social Hub a perfect cooperation partner for myflexbox.

At the hub

The location in the Leopoldstadt district, where the parcel lockers are located, is also a central transport hub that links several arterial roads. It is characterized by its strategic location between inner-city areas and the connections to the Donauufer freeway and the commercial areas in the north-east of Vienna. As an interface for local public transport with numerous bus and streetcar lines, it provides a direct connection to important transport hubs such as the Praterstern station.

Even more convenience

Open parcel lockers offer particular added value in such networked locations with short distances to surrounding residential and working areas, local amenities and easy access to leisure facilities (such as the Prater or Danube Island area in this case). Residents and commuters can combine their parcel deliveries with their everyday errands and take care of them at the same time. Lukas Wieser, Co-CEO and Founder of myflexbox, says: “We are delighted to reach this milestone in a city that is considered a global pioneer when it comes to smart cities. Our parcel lockers help to simplify people’s everyday lives and reduce CO₂ emissions”.
