Tübingen / Munich, April 29, 2025 – Relaxed shopping in Tübingen thanks to flexible pick-up times: A myflexbox in front of the Metropol parking garage at Reutlinger Straße 7 has been added to the service offering with immediate effect. The smart parcel station is accessible around the clock and offers customers the opportunity to pick up parcels and goods flexibly, send them or post returns. By partnering with MYFLEXBOX Germany GmbH, Stadtwerke Tübingen (swt) is enhancing the attractiveness of its parking garage location and creating more convenience for everyone who is out and about in Tübingen – whether they are strolling through the old town, running errands or commuting to work.

The new myflexbox not only offers parking garage guests real added value, but also helps to reduce the burden on the environment. Central delivery addresses shorten delivery routes, reduce CO₂ emissions and protect the environment. The myflexbox is open to all providers and is already networked with logistics partners such as UPS, DPD, GLS and FedEx. It offers compartments in sizes S, M and L, which can be used for a wide range of applications.

Simple and free use of the myflexbox compartments for recipients

For local retailers, myflexbox offers a flexible way to offer their customers collection options outside of opening hours and thus extend their regular opening hours. The use is uncomplicated: Registration is free and no online store is required. A small fee for renting used lockers is only charged from the 21st delivery onwards. Recipients receive a collection code by text message or email to open their locker.

The cooperation between Stadtwerke Tübingen and MYFLEXBOX Germany GmbH has been agreed for an indefinite period. Further locations on swt properties are currently being planned.
