FAQ
We are looking for companies and businesses such as retailers, gas stations, automotive service providers and many others. Large companies with available spaces are also encouraged to participate.
No, you will not have to face any investment costs, ongoing fees or obligations. We take care of everything. From location analysis and planning to authorizations, foundations (if necessary), free delivery, installation, power supply, maintenance, cleaning, ongoing operation, support, 24/7 service line and payment of any electricity costs that occur. Additionally, you will receive an annual rent.
Once you submit the form, you will be contacted by our team. Each location is analyzed, reviewed and, if necessary, visited in person. The contract can only be signed and the myflexbox installed, after the location has received final approval.
Your location must be within Germany or Austria. Parcel lockers from myflexbox are available for outdoor and indoor use. The surface should be stable and ideally measure 400 x 120 cm, although smaller or larger areas may also be suitable. Additionally, stable mobile phone reception should also be available on site. Ideally, the partnership should have a duration of up to 10 years. Also important: the possibility of a 230 V power connection (outside), the guarantee of public accessibility for parcel services and retailers, traffic safety and winter maintenance (such as clearing and gritting of the area).
Depending on the circumstances and conditions, the installation and connection to the myflexbox network will be completed within approximately six weeks.
